CONVOCATION

3rd Convocation 2009

Third convocation was held on 12th April, 2009. Prof. Prem Vrat, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, UPTU was the Chief Guest and the convocation address was delivered by Prof. S.K. Kak, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, CCSU, Meerut. The programme proceeded in the following order:

• Academic Procession to Convocation Pandal.
• Lighting of Ceremonial lamp.
• Kulgeet.
• Welcome & Bouquet Presentation by Shri Dinesh Kumar Goel, Chairman, RKG GOI.
• Declaration of Convocation Open.
• Presentation of Progress Report of the Institute by the Director, Prof. M.P. Jakhanwal.
• Award of Degrees.
• Oath Ceremony for Degree Recipients.
• Blessings by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Prem Vrat.
• Convocation Address by the Chief Guest, Prof. S.K. Kak, Vice Chancellor, CCSU Meerut.
• Award of Prizes by the Hon’ble Chief Guest.
• Vote of thanks by The Advisor, Prof. B.K. Gupta.
• Declaring the Convocation Close.
• National Anthem.
• Return of Academic Procession.
