Dr. LAXMAN PRASAD

Dr. Laxman Prasad, Director and Professor, an eminent Scientist and a Human Administrator obtained his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 1970 and Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering in 1976 from Institute of Technology, Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has also obtained LL.B. with specialization in International Law and Intellectual Property Rights from Delhi University in 1988. He started his professional career with All India Radio in the year 1973 at Kolkata as Assistant Station Engineer and later became Research Officer.
